- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days – $10.95 (Free on orders over $75)
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days – Rates calculated at checkout

What is your return policy?
We offer returns in the form of store credit or original form(s) of payment, within 14 days of purchase in store, or within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Please process your return email at hello@beverlyandjax.com to request a return.

Returns for Enamel, Sterling Silver, Gold Filled & Rose Gold Items:
Eligible to return for a store credit only within 14 days of purchase in store, or within 14 days of delivery for online orders.
No shipping costs or insurance fees are refunded or credited.

Due to the custom nature of SPARK items, all products are a final sale.

Additionally, please note:
ALL sale items, engraved items and custom pieces such as Spark Made To Order items are a FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.
Returns may take up to 3 business days to be processed.
No returns are accepted without approval and an RMA# number.
Items should be returned unworn, clean, and undamaged. Items are subject to inspection upon their return.
If in the event you should receive your order and it is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and issue you a replacement or ship out the correct item.
**If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, you must declare that the parcel is a return on your customs declaration. If Beverly and Jax Shop Ltd. incurs any duties or taxes for returned parcels, the amount will either be deducted from your store credit, or the parcel will be rejected.**
